New open-source releases by Trace

Trace has released a series of new open-source versions as part of the Universal Control Hub (UCH) software environment, both for Java and for Android platforms. This includes the following packages:

Release of jQuery URC Plugin for Webclient 1.0 beta

The jQuery URC Plugin uses jQuery to simplify the access to the official URC webclient library. In addition, the plugin offers some useful features like setting client-side default data, mapping of variables, bundling of variables, and caching of variables. This tool was developed by Friedolin Förder at the Stuttgart Media University, in the course "URC Lab - Universal Remote Console". Release 1.0 beta is now available for download.
