The openURC Technical Committee (TC) announces a 4-week public review period on the last-call Draft Technical Report on URC-HTTP Protocol 2.0. The URC-HTTP Protocol has been widely implemented in Web apps connecting to the Universal Control Hub (UCH). It allows direct communication from a Web browser to the UCH. Note that the UCH DTR is also on a last-call public review for the same period.

The UCH architecture is the most wide-spread implementation of the URC technology, allowing the integration of non-URC compliant controllers and non-URC compliant targets in a networking environment.
